Well
done swimmers. Both Louise and Dexter pulled out all
the stops in the finals making for exciting heart stopping
finishes. As for Darryl Pace and Jamie on the 100fly-I
have no fingernails! David also set cause for tension
in the 100m freestyle out to go under the minute, which
he succeeded in doing. Not to be outdone Beth contributed
to the exhausting day I was having when she excelled
in the 100m freestyle to produce a 4sPB. Just to keep
me on my toes Alistair made it a 9s PB in the 100IM
with both Jordan and Daryll Young also producing PB
times. Keep it up always rising to meet the challenges.
