Angus
Area Squad
Times
for area squads are based on the consideration times
for National Age Groups. Arbroath comes under Angus
are squad but within Midlands district there is also
Dundee, Perth and Kinross area squads. Long course training
days (at NSA) are combined with the other area squads
and District Regional 2. Short
course days are as set in each area.

The
sessions held at the NSA in Stirling will be “Long
Course” training sessions. Transport for these
sessions is not available. Swimmers are asked to make
their own way to Stirling and be on the poolside 15
minutes before the start of the session. All sessions
at the NSA run from 3.30-5.30 (except * for which a
separate programme will be issued).
