Times
for this squad are set by Scottish Swimming. The programme
is based on 3 core training days in conjunction with
District Regional Squad 1, plus
seperate sessions with area squads.

The
sessions held at the NSA in Stirling will be “Long
Course” training sessions. Transport for these
sessions is not available. Swimmers are asked to make
their own way to Stirling and be on the poolside 15
minutes before the start of the session. All sessions
at the NSA run from 3.30-5.30 (except * for which a
separate programme will be issued).
