Progression
through groups: It is the main objective of the
club to ensure that all teachers and coaches develop
continuous and effective pathways which enable
all swimmers to reach their full potential.
Increase in Land Training sessions: As swimmers
progress through the club they are encouraged
to regularly attend land training sessions under
the supervision of the head or assistant coach.
Several sessions are available weekly: Tues/Wed/Thurs
5.00-5.30 in the cafe, Sundays 9.00 to 10.00 and
Tuesdays 5.45 to 6.15. All swimmers are expected
to supplement this with a dynamic pool side warm
up. |
